Migration Lab

Migrationlab has been at the forefront of crafting spaces where migrants, refugees, and local citizens can converge, exchange ideas, and collaborate. My contribution involved shaping the initial co-design workshops in The Hague and Rotterdam, guiding conversations at the Design Table, and ensuring the smooth execution of the Welcome To The Living Room (WTTLR) events.

Working alongside the Migrationlab research team, we developed tools and curated materials that facilitated the WTTLR events' preparatory activities. Our aim was to enable at atmosphere in which participants could voice their thoughts and share their visions. This experience revealed a common desire among attendees for a tangible place where they could gather and celebrate their diverse backgrounds. The WTTLR events curated by Migration Lab became that very space, enriching us all with the shared sense of community.
